1. What this form is. Sending this form is a request for a quote. It is not a booking and it does not commit you to anything. It does not commit FlatOut NZ to taking the job either.

2. Accurate information. You agree the details you've given are accurate to the best of your knowledge. If the job turns out to be materially different from what you've described, the price will change and we'll tell you before anything goes ahead.

3. The visit. We scope jobs in person. We'll contact you to arrange a time to walk through the property. You can give us an on-the-spot estimate at that visit, but the binding price is the written quote that follows.

4. Nothing is owed yet. The visit, the estimate and the quote are free. You are charged nothing unless and until you accept a written quote. Payment terms are set out in that quote and you agree to them at that point, not this one.

5. Your information. We collect your name, contact details, address and what you've told us about the job, so we can quote and deliver the work. We share what's necessary with the contractors carrying out your job. We don't sell your information or use it for anything else. See our privacy page for how long we keep it and how to ask for a copy or have it deleted.

6. Age. This service is for people aged 18 and over. If you're under 18, ask a parent or guardian to make the enquiry.
